Terms of use when purchasing my services
Once you have purchased your website or graphic, it is yours. You can do as you wish with it, except for "selling it as your own or making changes and then reselling it". If you purchase a graphic, you can use it however you'd like as well, with the exception of "reselling it". You may not resell one of our graphics. You can use it to sell your service or product but not to resell the actual graphic. Graphics are not sold with their editable files, you will need to obtain these separately and if you do purchase the editable files, then they are completely yours to do as you wish, except again "resell them". At this time this is an honor system.
Refund policy
In order to secure our services, we may request payment up front of 50% of the estimated cost of your project. Although you may cancel work at anytime, we reserve the right to not refund this money if we feel that a significant time investment has been resourced for this project.
Your 50% down payment includes a $150 Non-refundable part. This fee is applied to your total due and it is not an extra fee. If you cancel the project and we have already started the work, this portion of your down payment is non-refundable. If of course you are completely unsatisfied with our work then you do not need to pay for the remaining portion of the completed website and we will not transfer the files to their final destination. All websites will reside on our servers until you sign a satisfaction waiver and payment is received in full. At that time, they will be ftp'd to your location of choice. Once that happens, there are no refunds.
