Get started by requesting a quote for your design project. You can do this by calling or by sending me an email. Once we have finalized that quote and you are happy with the pricing, these are the next steps to take should you decide to hire us! :).

Because of design ownership issues, I no longer offer "re-designs" of existing websites. I am happy to replace your site with a brand new design of my own, however, you will need to archive the old design and replace it with the new one. In other words, I won't just go in and "tweek things around". I hope you will understand.

Should you want to move forward and utilize your existing website's hosting to replace it with one of my designs, this is what I will need from you:

1- FTP Host directory address

2- FTP User Name

3- FTP Password

You will be able to obtain this information from your current web designer. If this is hosted by a company such as GoDaddy, then it is best to just call them, verify your ownership and they will give you what you need. We are not able to get this information for you :(.

Note: Please note that unfortunately, if you are not able to get these details then we will not be able to upload any pages to your existing domain. You can, however, start from scratch if you must, but please know that the domain will not be re-usable.

If you already have a domain but have not yet purchased your web space, we will be happy to set up your hosting for you. You can also call Godaddy yourself to set this up if you'd prefer.

Once you have this information ready (which they will email to you), please forward the email to aymee@crisbella.com containing your ftp details (ftp host, ftp user name, ftp password). We do not need your GoDaddy account number and such, just your domain access details with the ftp info.

If you are starting from scratch, don't worry, we will help you all the way. You have the option to call us with your payment details and we will be happy to set all this up for you, however, this is what will need to get done by you to get your website going. You do have some time to set this up since we will build your design on our server first, however, you mgiht want to seize your domain name asap so we can use it for your website design, links and any logos you might add.

We will take care of the hosting set up, however, visit www.GoDaddy.com to seize an available domain and send the name to me so I can purchase it. We refer our clients to www.GoDaddy.com simply because they are local, affordable and SUPER friendly. However, you are free to use any company you'd prefer.

Once you have your domain and hosting, you will receive an email from GoDaddy with the details of your domain name as well as an email with some FTP information. We will need the FTP information email to set up the final version of your website under your domain. THAT'S IT!
